Racism - Speaking from a Place of Brutal Honesty, Yet Personal.

My prayer: Thank You Holy Spirit for leading me as I write this message on racism. As Your vessel, help me to deliver the message that is pleasing to the eyes, ears and heart of God our Heavenly Father. Thank You for reminding me that there is nothing You have not seen or heard, as it stands our body is Your temple, Your dwelling place. Thank You that those who read this will have a renewing of their minds bestowed upon them and that they will see the light, the truth and share this message with others. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, The Messiah.

The Dream

A couple of nights ago I had a dream that Michael and I were sitting in a diner at a small table and in the distance I could see a black man eyeing us. He would walk to and fro [like Satan] for a long period of time and it appeared as though I had left the dream and came back to the same dream of this black man again walking to and fro behind us and at a distance. Suddenly, he appeared at our table and speaking directly to Michael, he asked him – Out of all the white women why are you dating this sister, he said to Michael you could have your pick of all the white women, so why are you with a black woman. It was evident that this black man did not approve of the interracial relationship.

Food For Thought

Jealousy, racism and unforgiveness are acts of discord, glorifying Satan. They serve as stumbling blocks, not steppingstones. These acts of discord will rob you of your blessings and set you on the path of becoming your own demise.

The day prior to this dream, a Facebook friend instant message me a video of Smokey Robinson addressing a black audience referencing the black race. I agree with the message that was being delivered and my blog message will be of the same agenda, brutal honesty; more importantly, my message will be coupled with divine revelation, seeking God and His righteousness.

  My Brutal Honesty

As a black woman the extent of racism that I encountered stemmed more from my own black race of people; family, friends and other loved ones.

Many of whom referred to me as; high yellow, light skinned, red, the one who would be able to work in the house during slavery days, a war baby, my manner of speaking, eating and/ or drinking was compared to that of a white person, I needed to get more sun, I was a favorite among the white race, and etcetera.

Nonetheless, none of these means of how others saw me ever stuck with me, looking back, I guess I could say that I was and am comfortable in my own skin. Words of how others view me do not define me.

As a child, I grew up using the term “nigger” very loosely.

Over the years, crossing over into adulthood, awareness of the derogatory of the word “nigger” spoke volumes to me in the sense that “people” started to take a stand against the word “nigger”. Being born in 1960, I could say that this word was profoundly used as a means to demoralize black people, especially from the viewpoint of white people.

Again, words do not define me; and too, you should not allow what someone call you define who you are.

Giving Power to the Enemy

Sometime in my 30’s I was introduced to a phrase that centered on the fact that; when we allow what others say about us thus move us to the brink of becoming; angry, enraged and/ or infuriated we are giving them power over us.

God tells us in His word that the enemy; Satan, comes to rob, kill and destroy. God tells us to love those who persecute us and that we should pray for them.

In my daily walk and talks with God the Holy Spirit I recognize just how extremely blessed I am on the premise, even today, still, I get mocked at because I am a black woman in a relationship with a white man, but, I am not led by that spirit of darkness. I am led by the Spirit of light, the Holy Spirit. I live on the vertical plane, in a relationship with my chain-of-command; God: The Holy Spirit, The Son (Jesus Christ) and The Father.

Giving Thanks to God

Thank You God, that in Your Kingdom there is no color, You created us from dirt; which comes in a variety of colors which explains how it is that we are a people of many colors. You do not make mistakes; this was Your desire.

Thank You God that on judgment day, I will not be segregated having to stand in line according to the color of my skin or my race. Your love is unconditional, You will not define us according to our race or the color of our skin; HOWEVER, you will seek out our hearts because that is where the truth lies within us; and those who are racist and/ or mock others because they choose to marry outside their race will be judged accordingly.

Judgement Day

 Revelation 20:11-15

Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat upon it, from whose presence earth and heaven fled away, and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one of them according to their deeds.

Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

 Romans 14:10-12

But you, why do you judge your brother? Or you again, why do you regard your brother with contempt? For we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. For it is written, "AS I LIVE, SAYS THE LORD, EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW TO ME, AND EVERY TONGUE SHALL GIVE PRAISE TO GOD." So then each one of us will give an account of himself to God.

 2 Corinthians 5:10

For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may be recompensed for his deeds in the body, according to what he has done, whether good or bad.

 The Double Mindedness

I find it rather alarming the fact that a large number of blacks have not practiced what they preach. So many among themselves refer to one another as “niggers” and the use of other sayings such as: whatup my nigga, yo nigga, that’s my nigga right there, and etcetera.

Still this very day, in my own family there are those who use the term “nigger” loosely, but the second a white person or person of another color other than the black race uses the word “nigger”, they feel justified in their action to strike out; in words or in a physical confrontation.

Thank You God that in Your Word You forewarns us about the double-minded.

James 4:8

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

 Brutal Honesty

I find it alarming and disturbing that a number of the movies and/ or television shows today permit and condone in their scripts for actors; to use the name Jesus Christ in the manner such as: Jesus “f-----ing” Christ! Or “f----ing” Christ.

And too, there are those who are not in the movies that defames Our Lord and Savior’s name in this same manner.

But wait a minute, these same television networks will tip-toe around the word “nigger", they call it the “n” word, SERIOUSLY!

I find it alarming that people want to go out and protest in a “Black Lives Matters” movement; sometimes in-sighting riots and lawlessness, glorifying and empowering Satan, building stumbling blocks against their cause.

I find it alarming that people want to go out and protest against the number of blacks that are being killed by law-enforcement, but they fail to see or acknowledge the destructive means of black on black crime.

I find it alarming that black gangs and black drug lords or poisoning their own communities with street drugs and prescription drugs for their addictive love of money, power and greed.

I find it alarming that black human sex traffickers are pimping out their own for their addictive love of money, power and greed.

But you want to judge me for marrying a white man, when you figure out my crime, all I ask is that you pray for me because I will be praying for you.

Do You Know?

Do you know that the whip that was used on Jesus Christ was tainted with glass and that every time they struck Him with the whip it tore into his flesh as it was pulled down upon his flesh.

Do you know that Jesus Christ carried His own cross to be crucified and that it out weighed him by far.

Do you know that Jesus Christ when ask for something to drink, was given something of a bitter substance and He spat it out.

Do you know that the crown that was on Jesus Christ’s head the thorns were of metal and pierced his head?

Do you know that Jesus Christ was poor, stripped of everything he had.

Do you know that Jesus Christ was spat on and mocked and laughed at as he was walking, carrying the cross that he would be nailed on to die for us.

Do you know that Jesus Christ asked our Heavenly Father to forgive those who persecuted Him for they know not what they do?

Surely you know that Jesus Christ was nailed to the cross: hand and feet and pierced with in his side and hung there until his death.

Surely you know that Jesus Christ was crucified, suffered and died for us.

And yet you have the audacity to use His name in the manner of Jesus f-----g Christ.

So, the next time you think you have a great argument because someone called you a “nigger” ask our Heavenly Father to forgive them for they no not what they say or do.

So, the next time you want to start a movement for what you believe is a great cause, do not invite Satan, take up your cross, and follow Jesus Christ, invite Him and watch the power of God move in your favor.

So, the next time you want to cast judgement upon me for marrying a white man, simply know this, that you do not define me, I am not moved by what you say about me or by what you think of me. I am a child of God and only He can define who I am to the degree of having any substance as to how I feel.

Noteworthy: Moses was married to an Ethiopian and his sister and brother did not condone the marriage, but God held them accountable. Go to the book of Numbers in the Old Testament Era, be enlightened, be in the know. God tells us that His people perish from lack of knowledge.

Thank You God the Trinity for this opportunity to set the record straight for those who are attempting to take your seat in casting judgement. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, The Messiah.
